A traditional healing practice using heated glass cups to create gentle suction, helping to release muscle and fascial tension, improve circulation, and encourage the free flow of Qi (Chi). This deeply restorative treatment supports pain relief, mobility, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Temporary cupping marks are a normal part of the process and typically fade within a few days to two weeks.

Each session is unique to meet your needs. Zenthai Shiatsu is a grounding, nurturing experience through full presence creating an opportunity to be held.

The session will allow us to flow through a synergy of movement, inviting free flowing Chi and a letting go. Relief of pain and blockages of muscles and the structural body. While working on a deeper level to unwind your emotions, and sooth the soul. Tapping into your own self healing through a guided deeper listening. As a therapist I use many different tools such a hands, forearms, elbows, feet, and legs.

The treatment begins and ends with a heart sharing consultation where you set your intentions in the held container. I aim to meet your intention with you over the session.

Zen Thai Pregnancy Therapy 1.5hr

Nourishment for the women as she transitions through her rites of passage to become a mother. In this very special time of a woman’s life, a space for her to feel seen, heard and loved.

Nurture the mother with a treatment designed to embrace the natural change in the body during pregnancy and after birth. She deserves all the comfort and nourishment as most of her energy goes into growing the baby.

During pregnancy, the body goes through major changes to make space for a growing baby.

Pregnancy Zen Thai therapy focus on treating your back, pelvis and belly. To create space for your growing baby. The treatment is done fully dressed on a comfy mat on the floor.

Absolutely can not recommend Kiera enough. I had my first treatment on Saturday and a leg issue that I have had for 6.5 years had instant results. I have spent thousands trying to have it resolved. My Kenthai shiatsu with Keira was the best treatment I have ever had as far as shiatsu goes.
She was amazing and certainly was confident with all muscle groups.

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars for my experience with Keira! From the moment I stepped into the room, I felt completely at ease and ready to surrender. The music, scents and soft furnishings all set the tone for a beautiful welcome.

Keira has an enchanting maternal spirit and has the ability to make you feel so seen and heard with her presence and touch. As she worked her magic on me, I felt myself surrender more deeply and open up parts of myself that had laid dormant for a very long time.

Not only was my Zen Thai experience incredibly relaxing and restorative, it allowed me to safely explore some very strong emotions that would normally feel uncomfortable.
